This course introduces the basic principles of people change management at the project level to help project managers and business leaders identify the key success factors for implementing change at the project level.
Project managers often think of change management as the process used to control project scope and to manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
This program is intended for project managers and business leaders seeking to deepen their understanding of people aspects in projects.
Participants will have an overview of how stakeholders’ analysis, communications,
and people risks are captured through the project lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of Project Management principles as per the Project Management Institute's theory and guidelines.
Individual contributors and people leaders with some project management experience.
