This course introduces the basic principles of people change management at the project level to help project managers and business leaders identify the key success factors for implementing change at the project level.

This program is intended for project managers and business leaders seeking to deepen their understanding of people aspects in projects.

Participants will have an overview of how stakeholders’ analysis, communications,  training, and people risks are captured through the project lifecycle.
