Tired of being tired? Not feeling or looking your best? You believe that what you are eating and drinking likely isn’t helping. It’s just so hard to figure out what to grab when you're feeling hungry. If only there was an easy way to get the knowledge you need to help guide your choices.

This seminar will help.  During this short, interactive seminar Martha Trahan, a nutritionist and fitness professional will lead you to discovering some of the eating habits you might have picked up that are not giving you the results you’d like.

During this 1 hr workshop we will talk about the most common roadblocks that are stopping you from reaching your fitness and nutrition goals and how to best address them.

Things that will be discuss:  

  • How to make better food choices

  • What drinking too many sugary drinks does to your health

  • The importance of not eating too quickly or mindlessly

  • Ways to get enough physical activity when you can’t get to the gym

  • How getting enough sleep affects how you feel.
