Esther Pettigrew

Esther Pettigrew has been sharing knowledge in plain English since 2008 to high school students, office professionals, executives, blue collar workers, and volunteers across many industries. Known for clear explanations and in-depth knowledge, her classes are filled with lively participation and bursting with "A-ha!" moments. Whether teaching the mysteries of Microsoft, navigating the complexities of computers, or adding polish to your presentations, Esther jumps in with enthusiasm and fun. There is never a dull moment. 

Her love for sharing knowledge began in junior high after she read several origami books, then organized the first-ever origami classes at the school. Later, she helped pay for university by teaching piano. Currently, when not working as an instructor, she volunteers as a vocal instructor and pianist for her local choir. She also loves board games and baking. Esther also wants you to know that while she can’t be bribed with popcorn, chocolate, or a Starbucks gift card…she encourages you to keep trying! 

At this time when so many are suffering from the disruptions to work, community, and family from Covid-19, Esther is delighted to join forces with fellow instructors to help everyone through it by sharing her knowledge and expertise. Pay what you can. See you on the other side.
