Most of my career has been as a Microsoft Office instructor, course developer and custom templates developer. This expertise has helped many students realize that by efficiently using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Access they will eliminate repetitive tasks, ensure files are AODA compliant and ultimately increase company profits.
I am passionate about the success of every training session that I deliver. I put extra time into lesson plans and into writing student reference materials. This ensures that on the day of the training the students receive accurate and easy to understand information that will peak the students’ curiosity and they will continue to explore the programs on their own.
