Carolyn Ellis is a visual facilitator, leadership trainer, coach, organizational consultant and the founder of BrillianceMastery.com. She is passionate about helping her clients make sense of the complexity and challenges they face. She works with her clients to create clear vision and strategic plans, improve team performance and engagement, and provide support to sustain learning and behavior change in organizations. 

Carolyn is experienced working in both virtual and in-person environments, having started her coaching and training practice online over 18 years ago. With a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University and over 25 years experience in policy development and organizational leadership in the public and private sectors, Carolyn brings a wealth of experience and training to her clients.
