Joanne owns Know it Sooner Computer Training and has been teaching people how to use computers since the 1980's! 

She is located in Edmonton AB but has been all over teaching onsite classes on Microsoft Office. 

Over the last few years, she has also been delivering live webinars where people can learn one hour at a time at their own computer. She has now taken it one step further and have made her courses available on her Know it Sooner School. As well, her company is an authorized testing center for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certificates. 

She is happy to share her knowledge through this fantastic initiative!
