Martha Trahan
Hi there, I am Martha Trahan, an experienced, goal-driven professional with a love for continuous learning and self-improvement. A few years ago I realized that my career, although successful, was not fulfilling me. I realized I needed to do something different, something that would allow me to make a difference in this world and bring me personal joy.
So I decided to follow one of my passions: helping others to be healthy and fit. I went back to school and earned my designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (First Class Honours). I also earned my Personal Training Specialist and Precision Nutrition Coach certifications.
I’ve launched SheNutrition.ca, a nutrition and fitness coaching practice in Toronto focusing on women’s wellness. Drawing from my own personal experience as a working mother of 2, combined with my knowledge of holistic nutrition and fitness, I provide caring, personalized support educating, guiding and motivating women to become the healthiest, fittest versions of themselves.
