Jennifer Fitzgerald
Jennifer attended Branksome Hall School & followed up with the University of Toronto, where she received her B.A. in English & Public Administration. Many years with the cities of Scarborough & Toronto allowed her to hone her communication skills and discover her love of adult training. Working in the City Clerk's Department allowed Jennifer to write various election manuals, protocols, performance reviews and copious amounts of correspondence from the Mayor's Office.
Jennifer specializes in soft skills, Executive Leadership and Outlook training as well as developing specialized/customized training to fit her clients needs. She has trained in a wide array of industries including healthcare, construction, hydroelectric power, education, government, manufacturing, retail, transportation, communication, finance, insurance and real estate. Her list of clients is wide and varied.
Jennifer went back to university recently to add another degree to satisfy her interest in psychology and why people do what they do. This newly acquired knowledge has been very beneficial in addressing the needs of her clients and class participants and delivering the very best in adult education. She believes in lifelong learning and practices what she preaches! Jennifer teaches with the right balance of work, humour and war stories to make the point.
On her own time, Jenn loves family time, reading leadership books, being with her dog Levi as an animal therapy team, as well as kayaking in the Rouge. She is looking forward to being part of the Pay What You Can Training initiative.
