Genevieve van Oers

The strong points that I provide training are with Business Leadership, Management and MS Office Applications courses. I am involved in contract training for approximately 17 years providing it through in class, virtual remotely training and webinars. My experiences gives understanding and care of the inner dynamics, teaching and learning techniques, humanistic aspect and needs of the students and programs, within a wide variety of the trades, professions and programs for varies Businesses and Companies.

My other experiences as of College Program Manager and 3 years Business Instructor at an Aboriginal College. Prior 17 years with RRC. While managing and coordinating programs; gives an understanding to the complexities of developing, organizing and implementing programs to meet the needs of all involved. 

Both involve my passion for training and development to inspire and motivate others in the success of each student’s career growth and achievement. I am warm and upbeat, using positive encouragement and inclusiveness to cultural diversity, creativity, innovation, and encourage collaboration amongst the students and peers.

Designations include Graduate of Business Analyst and Certified Adult Education with Honors, Microsoft training, Certificates Sales and Marketing and Automotive Mechanic Technician. I am fluent in the French and English language and with oral and writing skills, and some Dutch.
