Lloyd Kenney

Lloyd was employed for 35 years by a major Western Canadian manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing organization, retiring in 1998. His various responsibilities through several different positions, included Operations, Sales and Marketing.

In 1999, Lloyd began assisting owners and managers of businesses and organizations in implementing his Performance Planning Program - Job Descriptions, Orientation Checklists, Workplan /Appraisals, Employee Career Plans and a Basic Personnel Policy. He also developed seminars and workshops based on his "HIPPA concept", discussing why personal attributes should be emphasized in recruiting and hiring. And how Honesty, Integrity, Personality, Perseverance and Attitude are what define superior employees, rather than education and work experience, as validated by Owners and Managers in live seminars.

Since 2003, Lloyd has also been marketing LegalShield and more recently, IDShield, to further assist families, businesses and organizations in those areas. He was challenged in 2006 to present Identity Theft seminars to raise public awareness of the crime. He has now expanded the session to include frauds and scams, and presented that seminar more than 210 times. 2017 marked the first seminars presented at the request of the RCMP. In what little “spare” time he has, Lloyd volunteers at a Senior’s Home in St. Albert and enjoys doing a variety of woodworking projects
